4-25-2025 ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Morning Prayers

๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ In You, O LORD, I put my trust;

Let me never be put to shame.

Deliver me in Your righteousness, and cause me to escape;

Incline Your ear to me, and save me.

Be my strong refuge,

To which I may resort continually;

You have given the commandment to save me,

For You are my rock and my fortress.

Deliver me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked,

Out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man.

For You are my hope, O Lord GOD;

You are my trust from my youth.

By You I have been upheld from birth;

You are He who took me out of my motherโ€™s womb.

My praise shall be continually of You.

I have become as a wonder to many,

But You are my strong refuge.

Let my mouth be filled with Your praise

And with Your glory all the day.

Do not cast me off in the time of old age;

Do not forsake me when my strength fails. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

Psalms 71:1-9

๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For it is written:

โ€œI will destroy the wisdom of the wise,

And bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.โ€

Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through wisdom did not know God, it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe. For Jews request a sign, and Greeks seek after wisdom; but we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block and to the Greeks foolishness, but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.

Glory Only in the Lord! For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence. But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from Godโ€”and righteousness and sanctification and redemptionโ€” that, as it is written, โ€œHe who glories, let him glory in the LORD.โ€ ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

Good morning Father!

Thank You for this day!

Thank You for my life!

Thank You for my sweet bride and our beautiful daughter!

All day long I marvel at Your greatness. The many times in my life. I should have been taken from this life and be under the dirt. You are my Rock and my Fortress, O Lord!

You have given me my Faith, something which never entered my mind in my youth, and then in my youth I met with real darkness, without hope or redemption, and there You were.

Thank You Lord for Your grace and mercy!

Thank You for Your patience with me and my antics, help me to be real and acceptable in Your eyes and a blessing to others. May I shine Your light this day, in all I say and do, In Jesusโ€™ name Amen!
