Boasting About Tomorrow

🕊️ Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit”— yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. 

What is your life? 

For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. 

Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that.” 

As it is, you boast in your arrogance. 

All such boasting is evil. 

So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin. 🕊️

Good morning Father!

Thank You for this day!

Thank You for my life!

Thank You for my sweet bride!

Thank You for my lovely daughter!

All that we are and possess are blessings from You Father. 

Thank You!

I lift my hands to You this day, Father, and pray You fill me with Your Spirit, that I might be Your child of light and Love, in this world of darkness and sin.

May Your light guide my path this day.

Protect me Father, from stumbling. 

My legs are weak and my joints are sore and hurting.

Heal me Father!

That I might continue my journey this day, and live to see another.

Bless me Father, this day, and my family, that we may bring glory to Your holy name, in all we say and do. 

May our day be filled with purpose and our hearts be true.

May our hearts be true, always, in all we say and do, in Jesus’ name, Amen!
