🕊️ Also He spoke this parable to some who trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others: 

“Two men went up to the temple to pray, 

One a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 

*The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank You that I am not like other men—extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this tax collector. I fast twice a week; I give tithes of all that I possess.’ 

*And the tax collector, standing afar off, would not so much as raise his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me a sinner!’ 

I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.” 🕊️

Thank You for this day!

Thank You for my life!

Thank You for Your Holy Word!

Thank You for my sweet bride!

Thank You for my beautiful daughter!

All that I am, and all that I possess, they are because of Your blessings in my life.

In reading my morning bible chapter reading and study resources, I am focused on the message of prayer for myself in how I present before God and man. I ask God for His forgiveness and His Spirit, the Teacher, may guide my steps, my actions, and my “words”, that they would more reflect my Faith and my walk in the Way, as a child of the light, and not my fleshly walk or comments I may at times make or do. 

O Lord, my God, my Savior, bless me this day with Your Spirit, may I speak with wisdom and may my life reflect my being a child of the light, in all I say  and do, in Jesus’ name, Amen!
