Let Israel now say—

“If it had not been the LORD who was on our side,

When men rose up against us,

Then they would have swallowed us alive,

When their wrath was kindled against us;

Then the waters would have overwhelmed us,

The stream would have gone over our soul;

Then the swollen waters

Would have gone over our soul.”

Blessed be the LORD,

Who has not given us as prey to their teeth.

Our soul has escaped as a bird from the snare of the fowlers;

The snare is broken, and we have escaped.

Our help is in the name of the LORD,

Good morning Father!

Thank You for this day!

Thank You for my life!

Thank You for my sweet bride!

Thank You for my beautiful daughter!

All that I am and all that I possess, they are blessings from You O Lord!

Thank You!

Each morning as I rise and greet the day, the first thing that enters my mind is my duties I have set for myself and all that is on my heart to accomplish; making my way to the kitchen table to put out the fruit I am to eat before taking my pills, and then after my praying quietly, my voice is just a whisper, I call out All my children by name, and I petition God for their wellbeing, then working on my Bible Study material, note taking, and journaling.

Thank You for hearing me O Lord!

This Psalm for today is a good reflection of my state and my prayers, for the Lord to protect me from the evil one, prepare myself for the challenges that may come, and know I can rise above all the darkness around me by simply leaning on my Faith and imagining myself as an eagle, with its wings spread wide, flying up and soaring high above all threats and danger.

Lord I pray Your blessing on my life this day, may I drive safely to and from the errands of the day and for All my loved ones to have safe travel as well.

Forgive me for my failing to be at peace with All my family members.

May Your Spirit help me to use the opportunity I do have daily, which, in the quiet of not receiving their attempts at sharing words with me, may the one thing I do for them, which matters in their lives, I PRAY and I lift them up for their healing, for their safety, for their comfort, and Your Spirit to Teach them and guide them in their freedom to choose the lives they live and the path they take today.

Bless All my brothers and sisters, All my children, my grandchildren, and my great grandchildren, and specifically Sharayah, my beautiful daughter, may they All find like safety in You and leaning on the power of Your Spirit and Your Teacher to guide them in the Way and through the challenges they each may face this day.

Bless them and keep them today, in Your loving arms I humbly ask You place them, may they come to know You and follow You in the Way and receive the special gifts You have for each one.

Guide my hand as I write this morning Father, may my hands, which are sore and hurting, complete the work I am determined to do;  journaling and completing this post.

O Lord, fill me with Your Spirit this day, guide my thoughts and actions with the help of Your Teacher, may I accomplish all the duties and tasks I have taken on today and may I be a blessing in and through all I say and do, in Jesus’ name, Amen!
