🕊️ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life— the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us— that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.

And these things we write to you that your joy may be full 🕊️

Good morning Father!

Thank You for this day!

Thank You for my life!

Thank You for my lovely bride!

Thank You for my beautiful daughter!

All that I am and all that I possess, they are blessings from You O Lord!

In my study of God’s Word this morning, I dip into the first epistle of John and read its following introduction:

🕊️ God is light; God is love; and God is life. John is enjoying a delightful fellowship with that God of light, love, and life, and he desperately desires that his spiritual children enjoy the same fellowship.

God is light. Therefore, to engage in fellowship with Him we must walk in light and not in darkness. As we walk in the light, we will regularly confess our sins, allowing the blood of Christ to continually cleanse us. Two major roadblocks to hinder this walk will be falling in love with the world and falling for the alluring lies of false teachers.

God is love. Since we are His children we must walk in love. In fact, John says that if we do not love, we do not know God. Love is more than just words; it is actions. Love is giving, not getting. Biblical love is unconditional in its nature. Christ’s love fulfilled those qualities and when that brand of love characterizes us, we will be free of self-condemnation and experience confidence before God.

God is life. Those who fellowship with Him must possess His quality of life. Spiritual life begins with spiritual birth which occurs through faith in Jesus Christ. Faith in Jesus Christ infuses us with God’s life—eternal life. 🕊️

These Word of truth and conviction, are the precipice of my roots and the beginning of my eternal walk of Fatih. Father guide me on my journey to study and share Your Word and Your message of Light, Love, and Life.

Thank You Father, for giving me, giving us Your only son, Jesus, in whom all things were created, especially our forgiveness from sin and our eternal salvation.

Bless me this day O Lord, may I be Spirit filled and walk in Your Way, as Your child of the light, and may I bring glory to Your holy name, in and through all I say and do, in Jesus’ names, Amen!
