🕊️ Where do wars and fights come from among you?

Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members?

You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain.

You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask.

You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures.

Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God?

Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, “The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously”?

But He gives more grace. Therefore He says:

“God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” 🕊️

James 4:1-6

Good morning Father!

Thank You for this day!

Thank You for my life!

Thank You for my sweet bride, Amy!

Thank You for my beautiful daughter, Selah!

All that I am and all that I possess, they are blessings from You O Lord!

Thank You!

Father I pray today I might put on the full armor of God and resist my spirit being at war against my flesh and find myself in sin.

I look to You O Lord, to You Holy Spirit, my Teacher, my Redeemer, please guide me in my daily journey, in my conversations, in my actions, that I might walk in the Spirit, and according to the Way, that I may shine as Your child of the light, in and through all I say and do today.

Father, may You hold my children in Your hand today and shelter them from harm, may they be of sound mind and spirit, may Your Teacher guide them and lead them in the path towards the light.

May All my grandchildren and great grandchildren be blessed today, may they stay safe and may You have Your hand upon them O Lord. I pray for healing and a steadfast following of Your Word and Your Way, may we all live and Love those around us in the dark, and lift them up before You today Lord, may our example of the light lead others to You O Lord!

Thank You for my Faith Lord, and a spirit which yearns for all the fruits of the the Holy Spirit within me to act as one with all others in the Faith, and believe on your name, Jesus Christ, our Redeemer, our Salvation, in Jesus name, Amen!
