🕊️ Praise the LORD, O my soul!

While I live I will praise the LORD;

I will sing praises to my God while I have my being.

Do not put your trust in princes,

Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help.

His spirit departs, he returns to his earth;

In that very day his plans perish.

Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help,

Whose hope is in the LORD his God,

Who made heaven and earth,

The sea, and all that is in them;

Who keeps truth forever,

Who executes justice for the oppressed,

Who gives food to the hungry.

The LORD gives freedom to the prisoners.

The LORD opens the eyes of the blind;

The LORD raises those who are bowed down;

The LORD loves the righteous.

The LORD watches over the strangers;

He relieves the fatherless and widow;

But the way of the wicked He turns upside down.

The LORD shall reign forever—

Your God, O Zion, to all generations.

Good morning Father!

Thank You for this day!

Thank You for my life!

Thank You for my sweet bride!

Thank You for my beautiful daughter!

All that I am and all that I possess, they are blessings from You O Lord!

Thank You!

In the midst of my reading Your Word, Father, I find You are all in all. I can see You in the light and the darkness, I can hear You in the voice of the wind, the birds as they abound and master the air, You are in all that is Good, and All that is possible. Your ways are far beyond anything I can imagine, You fill my heart with Love for all things and see them as they could be, not as they are.

Fill me now O Lord, with Your Spirit and the Wisdom and Knowledge I need today, to navigate this wonderful life You have given me.

May I speak kind words with strangers I meet, may I walk on the path You have destined for me, may I use all the gifts You’ve blessed me with to use, and may I bring glory to Your holy name this day.

Bless my family this day; May my sweet bride be blessed this day, in her work and in her conversations, helping people suffering with loss and sadness. Bless the words she shares with all she meets, may they be received with love and appreciation,

Bless All my children this day Father; All my children and grandchildren, my great grandchildren, and all my seed who walk the earth, and the one I call daughter, bless each one with Your Spirit, may they receive Your Teacher, and may they find You in the dawn of day and the dark of night, may they find true Hope and Faith in following Your Way.

Guide my steps today, may I greet each person I meet with joy and friendship, may the work of my hands be blessed and may I accomplish all I set out to do today.

May I shine Your light, as Your child of the light, in and through all I say and do, in Jesus’ name, Amen!
