🕊️ The faithful man has perished from the earth, and there is no one upright among men.

They all lie in wait for blood; every man hunts his brother with a net.

That they may successfully do evil with both hands—

The prince asks for gifts,

The judge seeks a bribe,

The great man utters his evil desire; so they scheme together.

The best of them is like a brier;

The most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge;

The day of your watchman and your punishment comes;

Now shall be their perplexity.

Do not trust in a friend;

Do not put your confidence in a companion;

Guard the doors of your mouth from her who lies in your bosom.

For son dishonors father,

Daughter rises against her mother,

Daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law;

A man’s enemies are the men of his own household.

*** Therefore I will look to the LORD ***

I will wait for the God of my salvation;

My God will hear me.

Israel’s Confession and Comfort

Do not rejoice over me, my enemy;

When I fall, I will arise;

When I sit in darkness,

The LORD will be a light to me.

I will bear the indignation of the LORD,

Because I have sinned against Him,

Until He pleads my case and executes justice for me.

He will bring me forth to the light;

I will see His righteousness. 🕊️

Thank You for this day!

Thank You for my life!

Thank You for my sweet bride, Amy!

Thank You for my beautiful daughter, Selah!

All that I am and all I possess, they are blessings from You O Lord!

Thank You!

Bless me this day, O Lord, my Savior, and my Hope, my Redeemer, may I walk in the light with You today, as Your child, your servant. 

Bless me with Your Holy Spirit, that I may I be a blessing to others today, a friend, a comfort, an ear to listen, seeking opportunities however I may be of assistance. 

I Pray Father, You protect All my children today, may Your Holy Spirit, Your Teacher, be present in their lives and may they sense Your presence with them, within them. 

I lift up All my grandchildren Father, and their little ones, may they continue to learn and grow, into the people You intended them to be, may they be Your light in the darkness, may they bring glory to Your Holy name, in Jesus’ name, Amen!
